Therapist

“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” — Mary Oliver

I see therapy as an invitation to return to yourself. Together we create space to slow down, listen inward, and connect with the parts of you that long for healing and growth. My approach is relational, somatic, and integrative, supporting mind, body, and spirit in moving toward greater alignment.

I work with individuals and couples navigating a range of challenges, including trauma and complex trauma, relationship stress, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and major life transitions.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in leadership and executive roles across finance, non-profit, and tech. This experience allows me to walk with clients who are facing career transitions, high-pressure environments, or the intersection of professional demands and personal well-being.

My therapeutic style is integrative and trauma-informed. I draw from contemporary psychodynamic frameworks, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and somatic practices. I also specialize in somatic EMDR, which weaves body awareness with bilateral stimulation to support deep nervous system regulation and the processing of traumatic memory. Together, these approaches create a grounded and compassionate path toward clarity, connection, and lasting change.
