Therapist
Many of the people I work with can explain their patterns yet still feel stuck inside them.
I aim to help people understand their emotional world more clearly: what they’re feeling, where those feelings come from, and what those feelings might be trying to tell them. Gaining a deeper understanding of your internal experiences can offer genuine relief while providing clarity in the space between what you feel and how you react.
My creative background shapes how I move through this work. I’m interested in the things we feel but don’t always have words for. Talking isn’t always the fastest way to reach them. Awareness can come from paying attention to what’s happening in the body or through creative ways of exploring experiences that don’t come easily through words. Part of therapy is finding language for those experiences once we’ve found them and making sense of something that may have felt vague or hard to explain. Naming these internal experiences and needs creates a clear framework for developing communication skills that foster deeper, more meaningful connections.
Together, we can look at how your history, relationships, and identity have shaped how you see yourself and relate to others. Building from that foundation, we can clarify the meaningful shifts that will bring your life into deeper alignment with your values.
I am particularly drawn to working with individuals navigating their 20s and 30s, queer and creative individuals, and people who are used to figuring things out on their own but are ready for some help. I also work with premarital and long-term couples who want to understand the cycles they keep getting caught in and find new ways of relating to each other.
