"Growth lives in the space between where you’ve been and where you’re going."

As we grow, our relationships and needs can change. It’s not always easy to navigate these shifts—whether they’re in our personal lives, careers, families, or sense of self. My work is about helping you find clarity, strength, and resilience in the midst of those changes, so you can move forward with intention and confidence.

I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where your story can be heard and understood. My approach integrates psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, narrative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed techniques, allowing us to explore the roots of your experiences while building practical strategies to support growth, resilience, and lasting change.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Windsor in Canada, a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Psychological Wellbeing from the University of Surrey, and a Master’s in Social and Cultural Psychology from the London School of Economics. I am now completing a Master of Social Work with a clinical specialization at Columbia University. Over the years, I’ve explored with people how they relate to one another and how social and cultural influences quietly shape the ways we think, feel, and connect.

Whether you’re dealing with depression, anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, or the desire to better understand yourself, we’ll focus on your unique strengths and values as the foundation for your growth. Your life experiences are important, and a compassionate lens will be offered to help discover and implement the changes you want to see.

Change can feel daunting, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
